We’re not keeping this to ourselves, we’re passing it along to the next generation—
God’s fame and fortune, the marvelous things he has done.
He planted a witness in Jacob, set his Word firmly in Israel,
Then commanded our parents to teach it to their children
So the next generation would know, and all the generations to come—
Know the truth and tell the stories so their children can trust in God,
Psalm 78:4-8
The Problem
We’ve invested heavily in children’s and youth programming.
Yet young adults are still leaving the church at an alarming rate.
Maybe we need to rethink how we approach discipleship in the church.
How Faith Grows
Faith isn't simply taught;
it's lived, explored, and gradually owned.
The ECHO approach
We believe discipleship was never meant to happen in isolation.
Children don't just need a program.
They need relationships with people of all ages.
They need to belong.
They need a church family.
And when generations worship, learn, serve, and grow together, the whole church becomes stronger.
Every generation has something to receive, and every generation has something to give.
What We Do
ECHO equips churches to create intergenerational rhythms of discipleship that strengthen the whole church.
Through relationships, rhythms, story, creativity, and participation, we help churches make space for generations to worship, learn, serve, and grow together.
Because when generations are connected, what God has done in one generation can echo into the next.
